1. Origin of the SOLVIMO real estate network
Launched thanks to the experience of its founder, the Solvimo real estate network saw the light in October 2001 with a pilot office in the Paris region. The office's role was to support the company's growth. For nearly 2 years, this pilot office served as a laboratory for the launch of the Solvimo real estate franchise
As of 2003, the real estate network gained ground and started expanding nationally. Currently, 3 - 4 new offices open each month, and the network now has over 210 agencies (signed or open) spread across the entire French territory. In January 2006, SOLVIMO joined the French Franchise Federation, a guarantee of professionalism for a real estate network.
2. The performance by the team
At the company's headquarters located in La Valette-du-Var, Olivier Alonso, President-Founder of the group, has surrounded himself with experienced staff to ensure that the company runs smoothly. Several departments busily contribute to the real estate network's success: the development department, which ensures a rigorous selection of new franchisees as well as choices of locations, the legal department, the administrative department, the support department whose team of professionals travels across France, the marketing department with its integrated creation pole and the new technologies department which conceives and creates high-performance web tools for our agencies and also for our clients.
Following the president's wishes, all personnel working in headquarters must have knowledge of the real estate agent profession. His slogan is the following: "in an increasingly complex market, real estate professionals must have solid skills and be continually trained and well-informed". With an average of 3 - 5 employees per agency, the Solvimo real estate network now indirectly employs over 600 individuals over the entire French territory.

3. A different real estate network
Governed by a strict legal framework that obligates them to have professional insurance coverage and to prove their ability to fulfill their duties, real estate agents must stay alert with regard to the seriousness of buyers and also to sellers' compliance with legal obligations. 4. An efficient real estate network which gets involved
To satisfy and fulfill its client requests, the group has put together commitment guidelines, quality guidelines and deontological guidelines.
- The commitment charter
Because Solvimo has researched its clients' needs at their very source, a large range of services is available so that transactions roll smoothly. For example, in 48 hours tops……
With a simple call, with no obligation, a Solvimo consultant will come make an estimate of your apartment, house or land for free... He'll create an "Estimate" file which will list all of your property's characteristics and will estimate its price thanks to his perfect knowledge of the neighborhood, city or village where it's located as well as his field experience with local transactions.
- The quality charter
As tangible proof of the network franchisees' willingness to listen, after a transaction, each client, buyer or seller will receive or will be able to fill out online our "quality survey". The group created this channel of communication so that each client can express his views on the course of the crucial transaction that is a change of home, and also his feelings on the welcome that he got when he visited the Solvimo agency. These "quality surveys" are received at headquarters, analysed by management and are transmitted to the appropriate agencies. This quality follow-up is primarily used to improve, if necessary, any oversights in the quality guidelines of Solvimo's real estate network, namely our listening, our service, our compliance with legislation and our handling of cases. However, when an important item emerges with respect to client expectations, it is immediately taken into consideration by group management so that identified needs are filled as best as possible.
- The ethical charter
Solvimo encourages each one of its partners to relay client requests to its employees. For example: a Parisian man's employer transfers him to Toulouse… It's hard for him to visit homes there while still in Paris! The Paris Solvimo office simply asked the Toulouse Solvimo office to send them information (descriptions, pictures, virtual visits,…) on housing that most closely matches the client's expectations in terms of location, size, number of rooms and price. Of course, this service is entirely free and with no obligation to the buyer; this allows him to make a choice, as early as possible, and to select the properties that he'll visit which match his needs.
