REAL ESTATE JOBS IN OUR AGENCIES
Real Estate Agents serve as intermediaries between buyers and sellers. They are responsible for managing and continuously updating buyer/seller portfolios.
Therefore Agents generally split their time between finding new clients (on-site and by phone) and giving tours or open houses. The typical day is filled with a diversity of tasks, including property appraisals, documenting new assignments and offers, securing new clients, property tours, and more

Agency Managers are responsible for defining and meeting goals for their agency and staff.
Their time is thus generally divided between coordinating and managing their teams, real estate portfolio administration, finding new clients and property tours.
They also run daily staff meetings and supervise the activities of the Real Estate agent with the help of their Assistant(s).

Reporting to the Agency Manager, Business Assistants are primarily responsible for managing the flow of information at the agency. Their time is thus generally divided between administrative tasks (inputting and updating new property assignments and clients, schedule management, etc.), and greeting clients both personally and on the phone.
Because they are in direct contact with clients, Assistants must be highly presentable, personable and open to others.

Typical Real Estate
Male or female, business, sales and marketing educational background (High School to Undergraduate), liberal schedule, energetic and ambitious.

Typical Real Estate Manager Profile
Male or female, business, sales and marketing educational background (High School to Undergraduate). At least three years experience in real estate. A leader who has high standards but is also driven, open to others and never quits.

Typical Business Assistant Profile
Male or female, with educational and/or experience in broad spectrum secretarial/support, (vocational to associates degrees), strong knowledge of standard office tools a must.
Organized, efficient and a natural when it comes to in-person and telephone client interaction and greetings. At least one year work experienced preferred.

REAL ESTATE JOBS IN OUR CORPORATE OFFICE
Reporting to the Executive Directors of the Group, Network Developers are responsible for selecting prospective franchisees and marketing the Solvimo brand.

Reporting directly to the executive management team in our corporate offices, Network Coordinators are responsible for establishing and coordinator multiple agencies and/or for conducting Solvimo training programs.

Typical Network Developer Profile:
Male or female, with a proven track record in sales and marketing. Some experience in the real estate or franchise industries is preferred but not required. Rigorous and self-driven, you should want to actively contribute to the growth of Solvimo's franchise network. Positions based in either le Var or Paris.

Network Coordinator/Trainer Profile
Male or female with at least five years experience in either real estate agency management or as coordinator/trainer in the real estate sector. Position requires a high degree of nationwide mobility.
